• MindGTC Wallet generates revenue solely through a transaction-based commission model and does not derive income from the act of software distribution.

Class Action Waiver

Users agree not to initiate or participate in any class action, collective, or representative legal proceeding against MindGTC Wallet, its owner, or Unnatural Minds.

Binding Arbitration Clause

Any disputes arising from wallet use will be resolved through confidential arbitration in the jurisdiction of registration, not public litigation.

Assumption of Risk Acknowledgment

Users explicitly acknowledge that using crypto wallets involves financial and technological risks, including but not limited to price volatility, transaction errors, third-party exploits, and network failures.

Accordingly, users waive all claims, known or unknown, against MindGTC Wallet, its owner, and Unnatural Minds related to app usage, as no commercial purchase or subscription was exchanged.

User Responsibilities

• Users retain complete control and custody over private keys, shards, and related assets.
• Users bear sole responsibility for securely maintaining and backing up private keys and shard information.
• Users must thoroughly verify all transaction details; MindGTC Wallet, its owner, and Unnatural Minds hold no responsibility for erroneous transactions.

No Liability Clause

MindGTC Wallet, its owner, and parent company Unnatural Minds explicitly disclaim all liability for:

• Losses due to forgotten or compromised private keys and shards.
• Financial losses arising from cryptocurrency market fluctuations.
• Losses resulting from third-party services or external blockchain issues.
• Any unauthorized access, hacking, cyber threats, or data breaches.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary technologies, including but not limited to security protocols, AI integration, wallet design, and associated features, remain the exclusive intellectual property of MindGTC Wallet and Unnatural Minds. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Amendments and Updates

MindGTC Wallet reserves absolute discretion to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are exclusively governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction of MindGTC Wallet’s registered location. Users agree that all disputes arising from the use of the wallet shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in this location.

Indemnification

Users agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless MindGTC Wallet, its owner, Unnatural Minds, their affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from or related to their use of the Wallet.

Limitation of Liability for Technical Failures

MindGTC Wallet, its owner, and Unnatural Minds explicitly disclaim all responsibility and liability arising from any technical failures, coding errors, software malfunctions, vulnerabilities, bugs, defects, security exploits, or operational interruptions. Users acknowledge and accept that cryptocurrency software and blockchain technology carry inherent risks, and thus assume complete responsibility for any and all outcomes arising from technical failures or software-related issues.

Force Majeure

MindGTC Wallet, its owner, and Unnatural Minds shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, regulatory changes, cyber-attacks, or blockchain network failures.

No Warranty

MindGTC Wallet is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. MindGTC Wallet explicitly disclaims any guarantees concerning usability, security, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose.

User Due Diligence

Users agree to independently evaluate and assess the risks involved in cryptocurrency transactions and wallet usage, explicitly acknowledging that neither MindGTC Wallet, its owner, nor Unnatural Minds offer financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of profit.
