how does MindGTC wallet retrieve private keys
To clarify, TKF never extracts or directly stores the user's private key. Instead, it applies real-time encryption inside the user's own wallet. MindGTC Wallet employs a cutting-edge key-recovery mechanism powered by Shamir's Secret Sharing protocol:
Secure Sharding
When you first set up your wallet, your private key is securely divided into multiple encrypted shards.
Distributed Backup
These encrypted shards are securely distributed across multiple locations, 1 on your device, the other 2 shards, encrypted and stored on a decentralized IPFS, preventing any single point of failure, but only 2 are needed to recover your keys
Easy Restoration
If you ever lose your wallet or private keys, MindGTC’s Guardian System helps you quickly retrieve and reconstruct your private key by reassembling the minimum required shards, ensuring your access is swiftly and securely restored.
